Each building was designed in a space delimited by the access road and is composed of a private community access garden and where we also find the parking area of ​​each entity.

The area of ​​the front of the plot is dedicated to private gardens and terraces of the houses.
The modules that are buried in each building is where we will find the storage rooms, areas of facilities and garbage.

Building B6 and building B7 are the same, the only thing that differentiates them is the level of implementation in the field.

B6-B7 BUILDINGS

Buildings B6 and B7 are formed by module A and module B: Module A is formed by ground floor and two floor floors. Module B is formed by basement and three floors.

These buildings contain 8 homes and 8 storage rooms located in the basement each, where all homes have cross ventilation and guarantee direct sunlight between 10 and 12 solar hours in the winter solstice in the room.

B8 BUILDING

Building B8 consists of three modules: A, B and C. Module A consists of a basement and three floors. Module B is formed by ground floor and two floor floors and module C is formed by ground floor and two floor floors.

This building is formed by a multi-family building with 16 homes and 16 storage rooms located in the basement, where all homes have cross ventilation and guarantee direct sunlight between 10 and 12 solar hours in the winter solstice in the room.
